Born and raised in Seattle, Wiley discovered his passion for theatre when he was six years old watching Cathy Rigby play Peter Pan. A year later he performed onstage for the first time playing John in another production of Peter Pan and he hasn't stopped performing since!

Recent credits include Duke Oldřich & Washerwoman Božena (Czech-American Marionette Theatre), the Drama Desk Nominated New York Off-Broadway premiere of Beardo (Pipeline Theatre Co.), Little Shop of Horrors (Drama Dock), Kearon & Kyle (Maryland Theatre Festival & Manhattan Repertory Theatre)​, Henry IV Part 1, The Winter's Tale (RADA), The Normal Heart, The Lady of Larkspur Lotion (Atlantic Acting Studio), Fiddler on the Roof (Seattle Musical Theatre). Earning a BFA in Theatre from TISCH school of the arts at New York University, Wiley has trained at the Atlantic Acting Studio, The Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts in London, Stonestreet Film & TV Studios, and New Studio on Broadway.   

Beyond performing Wiley works as a teacher, choreographer, director, and much more. Wiley's passion toward the arts extends to teaching theatre to preschoolers through high school students. In 2015 Wiley completed a training program for teachers focusing on arts education at Village Theatre. He has experience in the classroom at both Village Theatre Kidstage and Broadway Bound Children's Theatre. In addition, Wiley has also worked for several companies in their production, casting & company management offices. ​
